We offer a separate expanded, upgraded line of residential and mixed-use buildings, designed specifically for the middle and upper-middle-income market segments. Our architect-designed modular, factory-built, low maintenance lightweight building system is versatile, weather-tight, thermally efficient and pre-finished (including all wall linings and finishes to your preference). It is then carefully packaged ready for shipping, transport and delivery to site, ready for connection to services. Controlled factory production guarantees quality and eliminates the time and costs associated with traditional building construction methods, further improving profitability.
The building modules will have all services (electrical, plumbing and data) and fixtures (windows, doors and shower screens, etc.) pre-installed and operating, permitting speedy installation on pre-constructed in-situ footings and site connection to either existing services infrastructure, or our complete “off-grid” solar power, solar hot water, potable water supply, stormwater harvesting and waste management systems as required. This provides great flexibility for buildings to be located in urban or non-urban locations, where the construction skills, materials and services normally required for sophisticated buildings, may not be readily available.
The system can be configured as single or multistorey buildings using our foolproof fixing and connection systems; however, the cost value is maximised from mass-production economies of scale, making it very well suited for medium and large-scale residential, hotel and mixed-use developments.
